Optimized for use with lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4 or LFP). Compatible with all lithium battery chemistries as long as the battery is 100 amp hours of capacity or more. Not recommended for charging lead acid or SLA batteries or batteries with less than 100 amp hours (Ah), it is too powerful. Built in a high tensile aluminum case for rapid cooling, this charger is rated at 50A and is an upgrade for those of you who need to charge fast and play hard. IP 67 waterproof rating means this charger is suitable for the wettest of applications while also being ruggedized for an extra long lifespan. All Dakota Lithium batteries should be charged using a LiFePO4 compatible charger like this one. SLA chargers will reduce the performance and lifespan of the battery. Included Anderson plug with ring terminals for safe & easy charging. Simply plug the charger into the Anderson plug, and remove when done.
